The ServSafe program blends the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research and years of food sanitation training experience. Managers learn to implement essential food safety practices and create a culture of food safety. All content and materials are based on actual job tasks identified by food service industry experts.
Learn the proper way to:
- Set-up/break down restaurants and kitchens
- Handle orders, purchases, inventory
- Storage and sanitation
- Kitchen maintenance, and much more!
Participants will earn the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP).

SERVSAFE TESTING: The Education Exchange offers the ServSafe proctored test. The test is administered by a certified ServSafe proctor. Individuals may bring in there own testing code (which they receive from ServSafe.com) in order to test. For an additional fee of $35.00, we can issue codes for those that do not have one.

Cost for testing with a code from ServSafe: $60.00
Cost for both a code & testing $95.00
